Hi there, I’m Andy Warburton and this is my blog.

I’m a 30 year old Web Developer from the Worcestershire in the UK. I’ve been building websites since 1996 and currently work for an awesome company out in the Severn Valley.

I’m a purebred geek and live and breathe computers, gadgets and anything you can pass a current through (especially if it features an Apple logo). I like to take things apart and put them back together, but I’m rubbish when it comes to DIY.

I’ve been married to my wife (find her at Stephsblog.co.uk) for a few years now and we have a son together. Jack (for that is his name) has just entered the terrible two’s. Jack likes to get into everything. I swear, this child was born for the sole purpose of driving me mad. His favourite game is to try and pull my glasses off my face and then run across the living room giggling. That said, I love him more than anything. He’s a great little guy and he has an amazing personality (even if I do say so myself!).

About the blog…

This blog has been around for quite some time (since 2002) and has been through several CMS platforms (Plain old HTML, custom Perl scripts, PMachine, Blogger, Moveable Type and WordPress) and hosted on several domains (AndysPad.net, GreenDezire.com, Bomb.org.uk and currently AndyWarburton.co.uk). I use it to blog about my life, stuff I enjoy and any other crap I fancy talking about.

I also have my own e-commerce site where I sell iPhone, iPad and Mac accessories. It’s early days but things are going well. I hope one day to work for myself full time.
