Aha! Last night I found a solution to the sleep issue (and it didn't require the use of soft drugs!). Tetley make a brand of tea called Tetley plus calming it's basically a low caffine tea with some weird hippy shit thrown into the bash. Anyway… whatever's in it, it works. Knocked me out like a light. I think I'll have another one tonight.
