Strange isn't it, when you take time of work to do other work? During my holiday time I spent 1 day seeing one of my freelance clients up in Hull. 2 Days working on a freebie project I'm doing for a charity organisation, 1 Day packing orders for my iPod Accessory Store and 1 Day shopping for home appliances for my new flat. I know… ME! buying home appliances! I really never thought the day would come where I'd go out shopping for a Fridge Freezer and washing machine. Still… I've got a nice new fridge and it has one of those annoying beepy alarm things that honks at you when you've left the door open too long!

Still… at least I managed to squeeze in a few hours to play spiderman2 and read a good book!

In other news… I've cut caffine from my diet completly. I'm actually surprised at how harshly my body was effected by withdrawal symtoms! I had headaches for pretty much three days solid but now I'm caffine free I sleep better and I'm much more perky on a day-to-day basis. It's really quite scary how dependent I was on mugs of the brown stuff, but I'm glad to be free of the shackles of caffine hell.

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with delivery companies and their complete lack of respect for the parcels they carry. Today we recieved a shipment from the states of goods for customers. Great we thought, we can get those back orders out and know we have plenty of stock in. It was not to be. The parcel was absolutly soaking wet and the contents ruined, the packaging was all stuck together and was a complete and utter mess. Personally I wouldn't have signed for it, but neither myself or my partner were present to sign for it and someone else accepted it. Let's just home the company that we bought the good from know good customer service and replace them without a hitch. Fingers crossed!
